sometimes i wished i wasnt involved in the musical. it would give me so much more free time. but anyhow


today was kinda bad. gis and melin didnt turn up for mary mags and so i had to stand in. the props were missing and all that. but i guess the worst was juicy. jon got so super pissed and i was so worried. kiat seemed to be mocking us somehow. was really frustrating. but we still got through and they're still having rehearsals right now. im just hoping that our efforts for the musical will really pay off cos its really so much work and we're working with like professionals. but sometimes they're just too demanding and i dunno. they expect too much from us. i mean. we're students man.


siiiiiiiiiigh. oh well. i shall persevere and not give up! ooh my calender has a quote!!

whenever i have negative thoughts, i shall think bout the camp and all the good things that have happened and all the obstacles and elements. if i managed to get through all that, ill manage to get through this production. i just think the way i did when faced by the obstacles - keep a positive attitude and believe in yourself. its all psychological after all. if you keep telling yourself you can do it, you will be able to do it.


well, at least im sure ive got God with me. He'll carve out a path. eventually. everything will work out fine. i got the faith.(:

i want to cry


everyone's just missing camp so much and like reading everyone's posts about camp makes me wanna cry. i miss the whole camp. the campsite, the trainers, the food, the canteen, the cats, the washing up, the bunks, the dorms, the toilets, the taps outside, the brushing teeth on my bunk, everything. it's just this camp has affected everyone so much. i really wanna cry. the trainers have been great, the activities have been great and now tv is kinda boring me. i'd give ANYTHING to go back to camp and have it all over again. it's just difficult leaving and putting everything behind. i still can remember the very first time we stepped into camp and looked around. i still can remember the trainers introduction. i still can remember the activities we went through as groups and how we bonded. i dont want it to end. i still can remember the meals. i wanna lie back downa t the camp fire site and just gaze up at the stars again. i want to relive camp.


it's just so difficult to leave. it sucks. ive cried so much over camp. i love fusioned so so so much. you guys have made a huge difference in my life. all of you. abby, melody, lam, lauren, shu, cheryl yeo, su-lyn, vicky, grace, yeong, kelly, carmen, meibin, nerd, jasmine and jong. thank you all so so so much for making the camp such a great one cos if there were any changes, it wouldnt be the same at all.


thank you abigail for being ever optimistic and positive. seeing a smile on your face 24/7 really brightens up everyone's day. its great that you're never unhappy and continue to stay that way!


you've been great melody, to work with and you're so easy to get along with. although you' re a little quiet, thanks anyhow for your cooperation and partnership during the camp. really enjoyed it!

yus, you've has been such a great trainer and although you're not gonna read this, thanks for being such a great trainer, motivater, encourager, supporter, friend and just thank you for being there to help fusioned bond as well. it's been really great with you around and fusioned definitely would not have accomplished anything with you. afterall, we'd be yus-less. thank you so so so so so so so much.


the whole camp has just been great. i really wanna go back. ive still got kaizen water in my bottle. and im not planning to drink it. i miss everything so much. the single log, swinging tyres, postman walk, the swamp, the waterfall, the houseflies and insects, the brushing and bathing with rainwater, the trekking, the getting sweaty and dirty, the sitting in the parade square, the stars, the interaction, everything. the fun times and all. 4 days and 3 nights is way too short.


ive really learnt so much about from the camp. like how to cook outdoors and you need timber, tinder and kinder to do so, how to build a raft, how to work in a team, so many things. so many MORE things that we can ever learn in a class room. i really really thank God for all these. for blessing upon the chance of going for the camp, the experience, the friendships and bonds made, for guiding and protecting all of us during the camp. its all just wonderful. everyone's really missing camp. well, maybe except for the trainers. but i guess thats how it all has to be. all good things will have to come to an end eventually.

hm... wednesday. i cant really remember what happened on wednesday actually. oh wait. went for rehearsal, found a huge big ant, went to kap with nicole, went home and youtube-d all the wayyy.

thursday

had meeting (which we were 45 minutes late for) then i dont really remember anymore. oh wait! had sec 1 cross practice run. but it rained so it was cancelled. then i went over to lesley's and stayed for dinner. yepp. then went home.

friday.

vesak. hm. veggies came over to do geog project which we miraculously managed to finish. i broke a plate, everyone thinks the cheese bread is cheesecake, went to nes' house in the evening and stayed over. haha. nes got new dog! so cute. but he keeps trying to hump people. yuck. and joan trying to prove that suyi is booby and butty. haha. yes joan we get your point. haha. yeah nes showed me yakitate japan. quite funny lah. haha. full of crap. haha yeah then we were watching bleach halfway then i was falling asleep so she din wanna show me anymore. but anyway. haha. then i went into her room and watched malora till i fell asleep.

saturday

woke up at like 7 and watch almost 10 eps of malora. heee heee. yeah then nes got up at 10. then we had breakfast and i watched auntie train the two dogs. so cute lah. yepp. then i left at 12, rained like siao. went home, rushed up a lot of work, bathed, youtubed a bit, slacked a bit and left for granny's.

today

woke up at 530, got ready, left at 615, met up with relatives, got onto coach and left for kukup, malaysia!(: haha we went through pekananas! which is where our sec 2 camp site is at. ahha so cool. haha. yeah then we went for breakfast, had roti prata. yum. haha then we went to some huge temple. haha. it was pretty cool. yepp. then we went somewhere i cant remember then we went for lunch. we had lunch like really early. like 1130 - 12? but before that we went for a boat ride to the floating fish market. it was quite cool. (: it was like really unstable and they caught stuff like jellyfish, stingray, lobster and all those kinda fish. haha. the jellyfish was white! it was so cool. i should have taken a picture. pffft. but anyway. yeah lunch was tremendous. haha we had sooooo much food lah. like crab, bamboo clams, fish, veggie, tofu and stuff. yepp then after that we went to some place where they sold really cool stuff. they had like honey melon tea, honey lime tea, black coffee that tasted really sweet, bak kut teh soup and some detox drink. oh and this other weird tea and the auntie kept insisting i try until i got so irritated i walked off. then i wanted to get assorted biscuits but it was too expensive. so in the end, i didnt spend the 20 ringgit that my granddad gave me. oh well. haha. yeah then we went to some plantation called kukup durian. haha. it was really cool! they had loads of jambu trees, they had rambutan trees, longan trees, pepper plants, mangosteen trees, durian trees! um dragonfruit trees and cherry trees. a lot a lot. haha. yeah. it was quite cool. then we ate the fruits fresh from the trees. we just plucked and ate. haha. then we went to giant to but stuff. and i didnt get to spend my money again! pffft. yeahh then we went for dinner (which was also very early) and dinner was again so filling! we had the oat prawns, kang kong, fish (again), chilli cockles, tofu (again), deer, chicken and soup. like omg. soooo much food. then we had an extra can of coke so we brought it back. haha. yeah. then in the coach karen and i kept cam-whoring. haha it was quite funny. yeah then there was this little girl who was so cute lah! i think her name is ines. haha. she kept wanting hugs and kisses. haha. and she was very interested in monkeys. haha. yeah. then when going through the second link the jam was so bad that we had to walk. but it was ok lah. ahha. yeahh...

this trip has taught me a lot of things. like how biased my auntie is against me and how much she favours karen just cos she can draw and they share the same birthday. and for instance how my granddad can find fault with me for every little thing. like why i didnt buy jambus at the plantation and why i didnt get a plastic bag when he asked me to. haha. wth man. but i still love him.(: cant say the same for my aunt though. and how much my grandma loves me until she cant bear to scold me.(: haha yepp. oh well.

FLOWERS IN THE

anys. had drama night rehearsals everyday. monday had lots wife with dancers, got home 8+, tuesday had juicy meeting, got home 9+, wed had golgotha night rehearsal with choir, got home 10+, thurs got home early cos no extra rehearsals, yday drama night, waited in school the whole day for meiyan. then went for drama night. great job alpha crew considering the amount of time we had. plus bad publicity and all that shit dance night was taking up. and the sucky timing the stupid teachers gave us. it was pretty good last night and tonight. anys, yepp. today woke up at 730 (slept at 1230+ last night) went for b div interhouse, watched cheer, jackson came in first followed by olson, lee and blackmore. saa so many casualties occured lah. it was quite bad and alot of people were emo. siiiiiigh. and kellys tooth filling came out, nat thery sprained her ankle, eunice sprained her wrist. tsk tsk. then later went for drama night rehearsal, had one full run then went for lunch and then had one last run adn we went to get ready. ahha so cool man i got to use a walkie talkie! hahahah. yeah then had drama night. everything ran pretty smoothly. it was good. so well done bravo cast! yepp.

yday had 4 major things. spa, 2.4 run, 5 items test and sbl. hm

spa. food test. haha it was quite funny. we had to work with cucumber and banana and we had an iodine test and benedicts solution test. i completely screwed up the iodine test lah. haha cos we were supposed to cut a small slice of banana and drop iodine on it then i dropped like too much and it started to like get off the banana onto the tile then after that we had to mash the remaining banana which i used a test tube to do and the some of the banana got contaminated with the iodine then my mashed banana was like blueish! it was so gross. i should have like put the banana into the test tube and use the glass rod to mash it lah. but thats what i did for the cucumber. aiya so stupid lah didnt think of doing that earlier. but anyway. i screwed up my cucumber iodine test. i put too much iodine (again) on my cucumber then i couldnt see any colour. haha so retarded. and i was rushing like siao so i was panicking and i was so screwed. ahahha.im such an idiot. hahaha. but anyway.

2.4! our spa ended late then we had to go down for 2.4 and we made like 2g and 4b3 wait for us for so long. like 20 minutes like that! so sorry. but yeah. then we got partnered up and i was with smelly! (: haha she is so encouraging. haha. but i did like a minute slower than her. pfffffft. then like i ran the whole way with lyddie and omg i am so grateful. whenever i wanted to walk from like the 6th run onwards she smacked me and she was like hurry up! and seriously, if she didnt do that, i wouldnt have made it. so

I CANT JUMP I KNOW. sucks lah. thats a C. then ipu i did 11. so little lah! i did more last year. pffffft. thats a C i think. then 2.4 i got a C. haha so it falls nicely on 21 points.

Whispers: An Elephant's Tale and Pay It Forward. really really nice shows. whispers is about this young elephant and his journey. he loses his mother and finds this other herd of elephants and basically shows his determination and stubborness lah. and he finds this other MOTHER from the second herd of elephants. and it was really sweet. AND I FOUND MY NEW FOUND LOVE FOR ELEPHANTS! figures, they're grey too. hahaha

and pay it forward, starring kevin spacey, helen hunt and haley joel osment, is a really good show. though i didnt manage to finish it. pffffft. i fell asleep cos i was so tired. haha. but does anyone have the video or anything to lend me! cos i really wanna finish it. haha and haley osment is so cute. haha.

BUT God accepts us as we are, so it doesnt matter what other people think of you, its what God thinks of you thats most important. (: and i think thats really important for me to bear in mind. i think it doesnt matter if im a loner or whatever, i just need to know that God accepts me and loves me as i am. so thats good.
