MGPB June Camp 2006
Strike Back
Ignite the Passion Within
13 - 15 June
Day 1! reached school at 730, had registration, got camp booklet, camp shirt and everything, and then we settled down and had icebreakers! haha we all had to do the limbo. haha it was so fun. and we did it by level. and i think by now, the sec 2s are pretty bonded. its quite cool. like we're all just having fun with each other. after icebreakers was worship and this year, our theme song is consuming fire! haha. its quite cool. yepp. then pam and jia gave camp introduction. our theme was passion. then mrs yap gave opening speech. she asked us one question: from a scale of 1 to 10, 1 being the lowest and 10 being the highest, how would we rate our passion for the prefectorial board? and she said to ask ourselves that same question at the end of the camp.
i felt i was around 6 to 7. cos i mean, i really love being a prefect, but sometimes the duties are really boring and the prefects themselves as well. but anyway. after that we had training by lifeskills enrichment. and we got into our groups. methane!

haha yeah. the other 5 groups were matchstick, lighter, charcoal, firewood and candle. haha. yeah. haha yepp. its a really fun group. our first task was to list down all the similarities between our group members. our first one was WE ALL HAVE MOLES ON OUR FACES. haha which is true. and then our most unique one was WE ALL PRODUCE METHANE. ahhahahahha. it was quite funny. yeah and we had like training and stuff lah. we had ice breakers for training. the first game was the blob! someone was the blob and the blob had to catch people and then the person caught would be part of the blob and go catch more people. ahaha. and then in the midst, the blob broke and became 2 big blobs. haha. for the second game methane and charcoal merged. it was some nuclear thing. we had to get the whole group over a waist-high string without touching it. and our group's one worked! haha we were the first group over. then we had training all the way until around 4.30 where we had games. and the first one was the balloon game. we had to blow balloons and line up with the balloons between us and the groups had to try and burst each other's balloons. it was so scary. wan pin was so super scared she kept screaming. it was quite funny. and mag and i were so scared also! but i know i was terrified. like seriously. then we had this weird game where we had our hands tied behind our backs and we had to hop to a plate of skittles in flour and take out 2 skittles and then run to the game masters where we'd get our strings cut and then run to the umbrellas and turn 5 rounds, run to a small bean bag and throw it into the hula hoop. it was so funny. and it was quite fun. we all had like flour on our faces and stuff. haha. yepp. then we went to our station games.
methane's first station was against charcoal. we had to throw wet sponges to our team mates to fill a bucket whil the other team would intercept. i think for that one it was a draw. yepp. then our second game was against lighter. we had to play jacob's ladder and then run to this pail of lemon juice and we had to do whatever the station master told us to do. yvonne couldnt eat her lemon so andree went to help her. hhaha. shes so cute. then i helped wan pin eat her lemon and 3 of us finished drinking the lemon juice. hahah. the bucket ahha. it was quite fun. then the last game was against candle. all of us had to stand on chairs and answer questions about either the pb or the school. if we answered it wrongly, one random chair would be taken away from our group. if we answered correctly, one random chair would be taken away from the other group. if anyone fell off the chairs, they'd have to roll on a misture of flour and water. and so did the losing team, actually. i think methane won. but no one really cared. haha yeah then in the midst, we had like really little chairs and then i was like squatting and i was almost gonna lose my balance and fall and i was on becky's foot. it was so bad. haha. then char and jia fell. but yvonne rolled for jia and i rolled for char cos i think they didnt want to. haha it was quite funny. then after the whole game, wan pin wanted methane to roll, so we did and candle didnt! haha but it was fun. yeah then we had dinner. and after that was night games.
oh my gosh, night games were the scariest things on earth lah. like, the story was that mg was set on fire and our job was to find out who set it on fire. there were 3 options: the gangsters, the ghost, or the mbs. methodist boy's school. appears that mbs was angry cos they lost to mg for arm wrestling and the ghost was really an mg girl that fell to her death, and the gangsters were just. gangsters. yeah. then methane's first station was the gangsters and the gangsters were wen si, crystal, kelly and jo. and gosh it was so disgusting. cos we had like chicken, rice and egg for lunch. then what they did was the chicken bones and unconsumed food, they mixed it together with water and they wanted all of us to reach in and take out a chicken bone. it was so disgusting. like really. it smelled like puke. but anyhow. our second stop was the ghost. oh my gosh. andree and i were so so so super scared. like seriously. it was in the hall and it was all dark and creepy. and wan pin and jean were so scary. and kyra was the ghost. like andree and i cried lah. i was seriously so scared. but it was a good experience. then after that we went to the pavillion and we had this question and answer session. we lost, so we went later. it was the toilet and it was all dark and i got super scared again. but anyway yeah. when we came out we were given candles and then we went to sports complex and kelly and crystal debriefed us and then we said the prefect's pledge. yeah then we lit our candles and we put it into MGPB 06. it was really really nice. and we sang our theme song and it was so touching.
yeah then after that we went to bathe and we had like, training on crowd control. then we had worship, evaluation and then we went to sleep.
Day 2!woke up at 7, had 5bx. wheelbarrow game. haha it was quite funny but it hurt. as in, my hands. yeah then we had breakfast, worship and training again! this time, we were split into our levels and our trainer was Mr Joshua Ng. yeah. then part of our training was to build airplanes and we had to do dominos! it was really very nice. and it was super fun. and mr ng showed us pearl harbour also! josh harnett is the hottest thing everr. haha. after watching like bits of it, all of us were like, LETS GO WATCH TOGETHER! hahaha. yeah. it was fun. then after that we had games. it was so fun! charcoal and methane combined and for the first game we had leaning tower of pisa. all of us had to use our feet and mak the highest tower possible. and ours was like 2 meters something! hahahaha. then for the second game, each group had to get 3 candles to the middle of the netball court while the other teams tried to blow the candles out with water bombs. ting thought of a really good strategy for the game and we won! haha not really. but we were the only successful group. hahaha. then the pts came in, and we had games. our group had um, 5 pts. cherilyn, benavon, ren jean, anna belle and chloe. they're ok, but i hardly got to talk to them. then we had icebreakers. blow wind blow! haha yeah then our first station game was some water thing. we had to play scissors paper stone, the winner gets to splash water on the loser and the loser has to open up the umbrella and shield herself. kinda weird, but in the end, me and becky got dunked. so embarrassing.
then after that was human foosball. ahha it was so funny. we had like all our hands tied up and we scored quite a number of goals. yeah. then the other one was twister. then the mass game was we had to dress up someone from our group and they had to catwalk. and the winning groups were judged by their cheering. methane and matchstick won! yeah then we played the blob! andree was the blob. haha. i managed to not get blobbed. hahah. yeah then we had dinner. oh my gosh. there was so much food for dinner. haha. thn we went to bathe and then andree and i went downstairs cos there was ice cream. and the was so so so so much ice cream. it was like impossible to finish. then we had our committee meetings and during bonding time, we talked and sandra told us something bout her level and i thought bout it. and i started getting paranoid. sigh. anyway. after that was worship, evaluation, reflections and we were supposed to go sleep but cos a few of us had to put up some dance so we practised all the way until 1. 15 then we went to sleep. but even so, i couldnt sleep. i think i slept at 2. yeah. and i was aching like crap.
Day 3!external camp. we were supposed to get up at 645 but i woke up at 650 then cheryl told me we had to meet at 7 to practise for worship. wow. ahha but we managed to practise a bit then we went to lt 1. we had worship and then breakfast and then we cleaned up and got ready for external camp. then cos me and char were hosts for acs barker, i couldnt really help to clean up. then we gave them a tour and gosh. barker guys ah. so jia lat. haha. they kept misbehaving and stuff. but after that, we went to lt and then we were split into external groups. fireworks! i was group leader. chow was assistant. the other group members were andree, rachel, char, teri, weilin, annabelle, chuck! ahha and claire. for external we had wei kee from plmgs, adrian from cat high i think and kenneth from barker. they were ok. then we had ice breakers and stuff. then we had symposium. it was quite cool, cos we got to know how the pb works in other schools. then we had lunch and i got really worried cos fireworks wasnt cooperating. but it was okay after that. we had group time and our item really sucked. hahah. we just sat around doing nothing. but we came up with something. so retarded. but yeah. then we had games! it was really fun.
our first game was FREE RUBBER DUCKY! ahaha we had to get wet, do 5 jumping jacks, run and jump over hurdles and the squeeze water out of our clothes and try and free rubber ducky in a bucket. ahha the other team won. fireworks seemed to lose everything. haha but methane like won almost everything. haha. but anyway. yeah then our second game was spider web. we had to go through this thing and find combinations to release the lock. the other team won (again) but it was quite fun. ahaha and everytime someone touched the web, we had to eat chilli crontos in wasabi. after that was this soap game. we had to slide across a mat with soapy water, grab food in our mouth and go back, and give it to our eater. hahah. we lost (AGAIN!) but it was fun. and we just played around. ahha then our last game was dodgeball. i didnt really play. and after a while, we just played with the waterbombs. and andree and i dunked yvonne. ahha yeah. then we took a group picture! it was nice. then went to clean up and then we met back for the concert and fireworks completely screwed up. it was quite bad. ahha. but at least we did something. then we had our dance. and then we took photos and we sent the schools out. then we cleared up and we went to west 7 to have dinner. then we went back to school, met in the lt, and the sec 4s had a dance for us. it was really so sad. after the dance, a lot of us just cried and stuff cos it was the sec 4s last camp. ill really miss them cos they're such a fun bunch. then a few of us left and the remaining people went to the canteen and we celebrated the june babies' birthdays. it was quite sad. and the yvonne cried again. and i thought bout mrs yap's question on the first. and i felt i was around 8-9. cos during the camp i got to know many of the sec 4s better and they're much nicer than i thought. as for the duties, ill try and do them and look on the positive side while doing them. haha. i guess? haha. yeah then we cleared up and we left.
yeah thats bout all for pb camp. camp had taught me so much. i got to know andree a whole lot better cos we were in the same group for both internal and external. i got to know maisie also and we made fun of andree together and the sec fours also. got to know mag and becky and jia and wan pin. and for the pts, i got to know ren jean, claire, anna belle, chuck! ahha. yeah. and its just really fun. i hope pb 07 will be good. like really. cos right now, i dont know the pts yet so yeah. but im hoping they're nice.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY SARAH NAIR!((:
haha. ahh... had church today. lesson was quite fun lah. then i officially started on holiday homework! finally! ive hardly had anytime at all. so i shall make use of today, saturday and the WHOLE OF NEXT WEEK to try and finish all my junk. im halfway through lit, im not sure of what to do for chinese, and i shall start on heymath REALLY SOON! mmhmm! (:
yeah got camp group! CHARMAINE PHANG. hahahahahah. okok. haha. ill have to try and finish up all my homework as much as possible cos tmr im (likely to) go to vanesa's house and then 13th - 15th got pb camp and then 16th got ccmc kids camp. so another week gone for camps. wa seh this hols have been crazy lah. 3 weeks gone just like that. humph.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY MARCUS!
eh eh eh! pb camp is next tuesday to thursday, sorry ian! ill sms you when i get back from camp ok! then on friday ive got charis kids camp. hm.. which leaves me the last week of holidays to finish up my homework. oh dear. ):

today went to town with lesley and shern. i was super late cos i woke up late, but i met them and they gave me kiki! haha its really a stuff toy cat with an oversized head. ahha. but yes. its very cute. then we went to swensens and they treated me to ice cream cake and for the fourth time, i celebrated my birthday again. haha but thanks guys! ahha so sweet. then on the way to taking neos, we met amy! haha she grew out her hair. haha said she was meeting her friend and we just caught up with each other. been a long time. haha. well, not that long. saw her at drama night. haha. but anyway. yeah. then after that, we went to take neos and then shern had to go back to school then i went over to michelle's. and we slacked super a lot. haha i feel so bad now. and we watched over the hedge! hahaha its so funny. yeah then i came back! (: yeah nothing much really happened today lah.

i am one happy kid. this post is really really late but cos blogger didnt work on me yday so yeah. but anyway. yday went to school at bout 3 for meeting, meeting meeting meeting, then mrs lim and ms kek brought us (deb, val, jen, sze lin, me) to guthrie house, venezia and i was so super lost cos i didnt know what was going on. and then after that i found out from jie that i was supposed to go home but anyway. then mrs lim and ms kek treated us to very expensive venezia ice cream and jen and sze lin bought me very nice but very expensive hazelnut chocolate cake. thank you all!
yepp then jie mum and i went to watch X 3! ahhahahahahhaha warren love! hahahahh but i think jean's really ugly. i mean, seriously. and the whole plot is just kinda weird. like i dunno. left me with a lot of questions. ahha. but it was nice, it you dont look too much into it. the graphics were fantastic. seriously. and ian mckellen is really one of the best best best actors ive ever seen. power man. really. im still wondering how much money they spent on it.
seems to me wolverine can never die. but storms got funkaye hair in this one! its so much nicer than the long one. gives her more character, i think. so cool. and they introduced kitty! shes got cool powers. and jimmy as well! i think he's so cute. and angel. but i still like pyro. ahhahh so normal right. ahahha.rouge rogue (thank you ian it was a spelling error ok!) wasnt given much screen time. but i think she looked better when she was younger. yepp. bobby looks like a little boy. and my mum thinks mystique's got cool powers. haha. like ok...

i thought bout it during gdop and this song really affected me cos right now, in the midst of rehearsals and all that, we're all gonna get really stressed out and stuff but what i really need to focus on is still God. cos the reason why we're doing this musical, i think, is to glorify God's name. and we need to consecrate our hearts and be single minded. and no matter what happens during rehearsals, its all in God's plan. and in times when im stressed out and stuff, i need to remember to praise God for all that he has done for me and i need to learn to leave it to him. that he will provide a way and that everything will fall into place. i constantly forget that God is there waiting to relieve me of my burden. i really need to grow spiritually. and emotionally and mentally. siiiiiiiiiiiiiigh

couldnt post yesterday cos was out the whole day. hmm...

saturday night smsed lipin until siao, until like 2 +. then woke up sunday morning 7+ cranky like crazy. hahah. went to church and class was really good. pat taught us that when we read God's word, we must understand it. because if we dont, we wont be firmly rooted in God and we will be easily swayed. and when we are rooted in God, we have to read his word daily so that we can gain nourishment from him to stay strong. also talked bout our attitudes in receiving God's word. what type of hearts do we have? can God's word grow in our hearts? what kind of "land" is our hearts? do we not understand God's word, and the wicked one can come and snatch it away? are we the kind who hears the word and immediately receives it with joy, but does not understand it and is not rooted in the word, so the joy is short lived?or perhaps our hearts are like thorns, and when God's word falls upon our hearts, and the wordly items or worries surrounds us and we choke the word and become unfruitful.
or are we the kind who receives the word joyously with an open heart, understands the word, and continues to take nourishment from the word daily and our roots grow strong in God? our hearts are good ground and we are fruitful.
i think most of the time, im the third kind of heart. right now, what is on my mind is mainly the musical. ive been so worried about it, ive completely forgotten to trust in God. and yet, he's still there waiting for me to leave it all to him. siiiiiiigh. i shall need to meditate.
then i was doing musical stuff in the basement and then A WHOLE LOT OF PEOPLE SUDDENLY CAME STREAMING IN. ahha to celebrate felicia, char and my birthdays. how sweet. and they like got cake and presents and all that. then they gave presents. got baby sylvester bedroom slippers which im wearing right now. its so cute. hahah. thanks ian, yihui, cherie, adriel, san, david and everyone else! i cant quite remember who. but thanks anyhow! (:
after church we went to toa payoh to walk around and hang until gdop. finally got my school shoes. hahaha then went to library and read until i fell asleep. for a short while. hung round toa payoh quite long. then we went back to church and down to national stadium and then gdop was so good. it was seriously, i dunno how to say. but everyone just came together and united as one in Christ. it was really touching. and it was just a time of praising God and lifting his name on high. i even saw astrid there! haha. yeah. and the speakers/organisers shared quite a lot. and one song really affected me.
i dont quite remember it. but i will. (: eventually. then i shall post bout why and how it affected me.
yepp. and when it came to offerings, i put in all my money. and though i knew that id be broke the rest of the week, it still felt good. it made me feel. nice. haha. i dunno. just suddenly felt very happy. yeah. and the rest of the night was just really fun. and once in a while id look up at the moon. and think of camp. ahha. siigh. i still miss camp.
today. went to school, had meeting, assembled in audi, started rehearsal. first run wasnt too bad, but it was emotionless, second run was much much better. maybe cos of ms kon's presence or something. ahha. yeah. nothing much today lah. got emo AGAIN. man i need to buck up. siiiiiiigh. being so mood swingy lately.
i realised that i have a very bad habit of not replying to my tags. hm. i shall um. try to reply as much as possible! yes!

after church we went to toa payoh to walk around and hang until gdop. finally got my school shoes. hahaha then went to library and read until i fell asleep. for a short while. hung round toa payoh quite long. then we went back to church and down to national stadium and then gdop was so good. it was seriously, i dunno how to say. but everyone just came together and united as one in Christ. it was really touching. and it was just a time of praising God and lifting his name on high. i even saw astrid there! haha. yeah. and the speakers/organisers shared quite a lot. and one song really affected me.
i dont quite remember it. but i will. (: eventually. then i shall post bout why and how it affected me.
yepp. and when it came to offerings, i put in all my money. and though i knew that id be broke the rest of the week, it still felt good. it made me feel. nice. haha. i dunno. just suddenly felt very happy. yeah. and the rest of the night was just really fun. and once in a while id look up at the moon. and think of camp. ahha. siigh. i still miss camp.
today. went to school, had meeting, assembled in audi, started rehearsal. first run wasnt too bad, but it was emotionless, second run was much much better. maybe cos of ms kon's presence or something. ahha. yeah. nothing much today lah. got emo AGAIN. man i need to buck up. siiiiiiigh. being so mood swingy lately.
i realised that i have a very bad habit of not replying to my tags. hm. i shall um. try to reply as much as possible! yes!

i just checked my email today and just got an email from bettina:
A minister passing through his church
in the middle of the day,
decided to pause by the altar
and see who had come to pray.
Just then the back door opened,
a man came down the aisle.
The minister frowned as he saw
the man hadn't shaved in a while.
His shirt was kinda shabby
and his coat was worn and frayed,
the man knelt, he bowed his head,
Then rose and walked away.
In the days that followed,
each noon time came this chap,
each time he knelt just for a moment,
a lunch pail in his lap.
Well, the minister's suspicions grew,
with robbery a main fear,
He decided to stop the man and ask him,
"What are you doing here?"
The old man said, he worked down the road.
Lunch was half an hour.
Lunchtime was his prayer time,
For finding strength and power,
"I stay only moments,
because the factory is so far away;
as I kneel here talking to the Lord,
This is kind a what I say:

i think God works in really cool ways.the past few days have just been an absolute killer. everyone's so stressed out over the musical and all and there's just no time to relax at all. we're not even confident its gonna work out. i mean, i know i shouldnt think this way, but the way the directors work is really so difficult. i mean, it's just tough. we're students after all, we're newbies. they demand so much from us. they make it difficult, they expect us to know everything and they dont give clear instructions and they're just so many things to do. plus, we're short of manpower. its really difficult and now i understand why a few of the cast members wanna pull out. its a whole lot of commitment. and im not so sure im up to it. well, too late to back up now.
but today was sorta bad and well i wont post it here, but generally, it was bad. but when i read that email, i was really encouraged for some reason. i mean, ive read it before but this time it really affected me. God's always there even if we dont see him. he's always there no matter what. sometimes we dont feel his presence whatnot, we feel alone, we feel that there is simply no one you can trust, he's always there. it doesnt matter when, where, why, he's just there, waiting for you to go to him, to seek refuge in him.
i guess i just gotta trust him. that he will provide and that "everything will fall into place" eventually. "it just takes time." "a lot of time."
well, maybe im just inexperienced. i need to be able to cope with stress. seriously cant work under stress. im still wondering how we're gonna pull through. the responsibility is sometimes too big. the whole production is just huge. and its difficult. but i think imma leave it to God. its in his hands, he's got a plan.
hm. tough. but hopefully our efforts will pay off.

aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
sigh. stress stress stress.
sometimes i wished i wasnt involved in the musical. it would give me so much more free time. but anyhow
today was kinda bad. gis and melin didnt turn up for mary mags and so i had to stand in. the props were missing and all that. but i guess the worst was juicy. jon got so super pissed and i was so worried. kiat seemed to be mocking us somehow. was really frustrating. but we still got through and they're still having rehearsals right now. im just hoping that our efforts for the musical will really pay off cos its really so much work and we're working with like professionals. but sometimes they're just too demanding and i dunno. they expect too much from us. i mean. we're students man.
siiiiiiiiiigh. oh well. i shall persevere and not give up! ooh my calender has a quote!!

how inspiring! yes, i shall remain focused and persevere till the very end! and be positive and dont think of the bad things that might happen but how im gonna make the musical good. mmhmm!(:
whenever i have negative thoughts, i shall think bout the camp and all the good things that have happened and all the obstacles and elements. if i managed to get through all that, ill manage to get through this production. i just think the way i did when faced by the obstacles - keep a positive attitude and believe in yourself. its all psychological after all. if you keep telling yourself you can do it, you will be able to do it.
well, at least im sure ive got God with me. He'll carve out a path. eventually. everything will work out fine. i got the faith.(:

i want to cry
everyone's just missing camp so much and like reading everyone's posts about camp makes me wanna cry. i miss the whole camp. the campsite, the trainers, the food, the canteen, the cats, the washing up, the bunks, the dorms, the toilets, the taps outside, the brushing teeth on my bunk, everything. it's just this camp has affected everyone so much. i really wanna cry. the trainers have been great, the activities have been great and now tv is kinda boring me. i'd give ANYTHING to go back to camp and have it all over again. it's just difficult leaving and putting everything behind. i still can remember the very first time we stepped into camp and looked around. i still can remember the trainers introduction. i still can remember the activities we went through as groups and how we bonded. i dont want it to end. i still can remember the meals. i wanna lie back downa t the camp fire site and just gaze up at the stars again. i want to relive camp.
it's just so difficult to leave. it sucks. ive cried so much over camp. i love fusioned so so so much. you guys have made a huge difference in my life. all of you. abby, melody, lam, lauren, shu, cheryl yeo, su-lyn, vicky, grace, yeong, kelly, carmen, meibin, nerd, jasmine and jong. thank you all so so so much for making the camp such a great one cos if there were any changes, it wouldnt be the same at all.
thank you abigail for being ever optimistic and positive. seeing a smile on your face 24/7 really brightens up everyone's day. its great that you're never unhappy and continue to stay that way!
you've been great melody, to work with and you're so easy to get along with. although you' re a little quiet, thanks anyhow for your cooperation and partnership during the camp. really enjoyed it!

the whole camp has just been great. i really wanna go back. ive still got kaizen water in my bottle. and im not planning to drink it. i miss everything so much. the single log, swinging tyres, postman walk, the swamp, the waterfall, the houseflies and insects, the brushing and bathing with rainwater, the trekking, the getting sweaty and dirty, the sitting in the parade square, the stars, the interaction, everything. the fun times and all. 4 days and 3 nights is way too short.
ive really learnt so much about from the camp. like how to cook outdoors and you need timber, tinder and kinder to do so, how to build a raft, how to work in a team, so many things. so many MORE things that we can ever learn in a class room. i really really thank God for all these. for blessing upon the chance of going for the camp, the experience, the friendships and bonds made, for guiding and protecting all of us during the camp. its all just wonderful. everyone's really missing camp. well, maybe except for the trainers. but i guess thats how it all has to be. all good things will have to come to an end eventually.

had meeting (which we were 45 minutes late for) then i dont really remember anymore. oh wait! had sec 1 cross practice run. but it rained so it was cancelled. then i went over to lesley's and stayed for dinner. yepp. then went home.
friday.
vesak. hm. veggies came over to do geog project which we miraculously managed to finish. i broke a plate, everyone thinks the cheese bread is cheesecake, went to nes' house in the evening and stayed over. haha. nes got new dog! so cute. but he keeps trying to hump people. yuck. and joan trying to prove that suyi is booby and butty. haha. yes joan we get your point. haha. yeah nes showed me yakitate japan. quite funny lah. haha. full of crap. haha yeah then we were watching bleach halfway then i was falling asleep so she din wanna show me anymore. but anyway. haha. then i went into her room and watched malora till i fell asleep.
saturday
woke up at like 7 and watch almost 10 eps of malora. heee heee. yeah then nes got up at 10. then we had breakfast and i watched auntie train the two dogs. so cute lah. yepp. then i left at 12, rained like siao. went home, rushed up a lot of work, bathed, youtubed a bit, slacked a bit and left for granny's.
today
woke up at 530, got ready, left at 615, met up with relatives, got onto coach and left for kukup, malaysia!(: haha we went through pekananas! which is where our sec 2 camp site is at. ahha so cool. haha. yeah then we went for breakfast, had roti prata. yum. haha then we went to some huge temple. haha. it was pretty cool. yepp. then we went somewhere i cant remember then we went for lunch. we had lunch like really early. like 1130 - 12? but before that we went for a boat ride to the floating fish market. it was quite cool. (: it was like really unstable and they caught stuff like jellyfish, stingray, lobster and all those kinda fish. haha. the jellyfish was white! it was so cool. i should have taken a picture. pffft. but anyway. yeah lunch was tremendous. haha we had sooooo much food lah. like crab, bamboo clams, fish, veggie, tofu and stuff. yepp then after that we went to some place where they sold really cool stuff. they had like honey melon tea, honey lime tea, black coffee that tasted really sweet, bak kut teh soup and some detox drink. oh and this other weird tea and the auntie kept insisting i try until i got so irritated i walked off. then i wanted to get assorted biscuits but it was too expensive. so in the end, i didnt spend the 20 ringgit that my granddad gave me. oh well. haha. yeah then we went to some plantation called kukup durian. haha. it was really cool! they had loads of jambu trees, they had rambutan trees, longan trees, pepper plants, mangosteen trees, durian trees! um dragonfruit trees and cherry trees. a lot a lot. haha. yeah. it was quite cool. then we ate the fruits fresh from the trees. we just plucked and ate. haha. then we went to giant to but stuff. and i didnt get to spend my money again! pffft. yeahh then we went for dinner (which was also very early) and dinner was again so filling! we had the oat prawns, kang kong, fish (again), chilli cockles, tofu (again), deer, chicken and soup. like omg. soooo much food. then we had an extra can of coke so we brought it back. haha. yeah. then in the coach karen and i kept cam-whoring. haha it was quite funny. yeah then there was this little girl who was so cute lah! i think her name is ines. haha. she kept wanting hugs and kisses. haha. and she was very interested in monkeys. haha. yeah. then when going through the second link the jam was so bad that we had to walk. but it was ok lah. ahha. yeahh...
this trip has taught me a lot of things. like how biased my auntie is against me and how much she favours karen just cos she can draw and they share the same birthday. and for instance how my granddad can find fault with me for every little thing. like why i didnt buy jambus at the plantation and why i didnt get a plastic bag when he asked me to. haha. wth man. but i still love him.(: cant say the same for my aunt though. and how much my grandma loves me until she cant bear to scold me.(: haha yepp. oh well.

anys. ew the raspberry ripple ice cream my mum bought tastes like shit. actually no. its quite nice. AHH NOOO IM NOT SUPPOSED TO BE EATING ICE CREAM! cham lah... aiyar heck. anys. today!
hm.had lit, eng we went into comp lab where i FINALLY handed in my very long ago due unseen prose and we managed to finish our spca crap! hahahah. yay. and then we had comp, where i junked the whole video. it was so boring, so crap, my title screwed up, my credits were too short BUT WTH! who cares man. ahhahaa.at least i managed to finish it. yepp then recess finished up the sculpture cept for the poem/lyrics. hm. i think mr ong's gonna seriously fail me. but aiyar. art. haha. yeahh ok then we had math. i think mrs chen is so weird. we're having a test on graphs on thursday and she started on direct and inverse proportion today. wa she how weird la. anys. then mrs chong wasnt in school for geog so we had free period and we re-chose our mortals. heh heh. man i think my geog presentation is seriously going to die lah. we're like. craaaaap. and the veggies are seriously not cooperating. pffft. but anyway. then life science just sucked. i hardly paid attention at all. was replying joan's letter. haha. oh well. then later after school me vicky and suyi just talked a bit and vicky went to try on my tie. and well, so did suyi. haha. yehh then we caught up and stuff. man i havent spoken to vicky and suyi for like. AGES. haha. yeah then later we went down to the hall for chem and bio answers. yepp then sarah gave me popcorn! ahha and then i came home.
oh man. so disgusting. there was like a cockroach in our class. like squashed. ewww. and i found out i cant scream! seriously man. and i cant sing either. i was trying to sing the national anthem then cannot cos i cant go high. ahha. then go low i sound so funny. so in the end i just mouthed it. ahha. oh well...

why cant i just stay angry at you? why do you always have to make things seem so easy? why is it that you can cheer me up so easily but i never can? why is it that you always make promises you cant keep? why is it that im always there for you but youre never there for me? why is it that when im pissed at you, you can just give me a smile and its all over? why does it seem so easy for you but so difficult for me? it really gets on my nerves you know. but when you say hi to me, it just vanishes. i just cant stay mad at you. why? why must you tell others what i tell you? i dont tell others what you tell me. why must you do that to me. can i really trust you? but youd get pissed and say i dont wanna befriend you anymore eh. piss off. just piss off. you cant keep secrets. and you claim you can. you're such a liar.

anyway. had first f&n home ec lesson today. made popcorn and banana smoothie. the smoothie was too sweet, i think we had too much sugar, and the casserole for my popcorn broke. and the popcorn flew all over
the microwave oven and I had to clean up. so fair eh.
heck. the popcorn sucked anyway. there was like no taste. pffft. and we're supposed to prepare gado gado next week. and im like wth is that. and google is giving all sorts of different pictures so i really dont know. ah hope smelly will find something.

its amazing how sometimes life can be so beautiful and yet so ugly. oh well. got an email from carol, saying this girl wrote a poem and she's dying soon and all. and the poem's really beautiful.

man sometimes we just take life for granted. and we dont realise how much it really means to us. we're so stupid. sigh.
anyway. i like horlicks chocolate malt.(: haha anyway. today had bio chem and home ec. home ec was such a killer. everyone thought it would be easy but omg it was soooooo tough. and when i told char and zai they were like HOME EC? WHO CARES BOUT HOME EC?! SO EASY.but noooo, they dont know how tough it really was. whatever. then bio was okay okay. passable i think. i hope. then chem was pretty ok. i learnt a new electron today! as--- something. i forgot. but heck. hahaha. whatever. haha. eh then had juicy rehearsal. haha it was so funny. haha. and imma nevermind. i shall not say. haha. BUT! this friday, 5th of may, 5 pm. yay.(: tras street. haha. im excited. (((((: but id have to miss rehearsal then. oh well. bleeding woman and woman in the well. heck lah. boring scenes. ahha. oops. haha.
eh ok. i gotta finish up overdue work now. pffffft.
