WHOO!

just came back from 7th Raffles Girls' School Peer Support Convention 2007 - Co-organised by Victoria School aka rgpsc. it was quite fun. met other people there and stuff and i found it was one of the more meaningful events ive attended so far. so thats good. this year's theme was See the potential, Encourage the capable and Achieve the impossible, in short, SEA. so our groups were seas. my group was arabian! ahha i call us arabianites! geddit! like arabian-ites, arabian knights. hahahahah. ok nevermind. haha.

facilitators are yi tyng and lynette from rg, group members were devy from gan eng seng (sec 2), kartik from ri (he's the small one from the arena and his cca is NOT debate fyi and he's sec 4), sam from rg (though she fell sick and didnt go for the last two days), ruixin from rg (she looks like thiam and has the same chinese name as my sister how scary), baifeng from hci (he's damn tall), alvin from rvh (sec 2), celine from crescent and perveen from scgs. yepp. and of course, me. hahah. i think our group is pretty awesome. like all of us get along well with each other although baifeng is super scared of being alone with girls which is quite amusing. ahahha.

anyway. yepp. the photo was taken on the first day and then everyone signed on the back!

my certificate! at the end of the convention every participant was given a certificate. which is quite cool.



ruixin's so sweet! she wrote like a message on a card for every member of our group and like yeah. a short message and stuff.



you cant really see it, but it has my name on it. (: hahah.



from facils! during the convention thats what they're called though in mg we use sfs. pretty cool, the way different schools use different names.



ahhaa the facils are really nice. and super friendly. they're well trained lah. yeah.

yeah. the schools that attended were of course rg and vs, then there was also mg, nygs, scgs, cgs, ri, sngs, spss, hci, rvh, ges, and i cannot remember alr. hahah.

maisie's supposed to send me the pictures we took but i think she forgot.): oh and they made a video too. ill try to upload it once i get it.

okay this is really random. but joan took them while we were studying at some super expensive place abby recommended. stupid girl.







OOH and i went to watch disney on ice finding nemo! BOO! to y'all losers who didnt go. it was awesome. like really. the production cost like damn high. and we got damn good seats lah! like right smack in the middle facing directly where the skaters were facing towards. haha i dont think that made sense but nevermind.

sorry thiam! i really couldnt take a lot of pictures cos the quality sucks, as evident below. but yes the eyes do look like boobs. HAHAH.



merchandise! they got coolio stuff but super expensive.





the stupid dory costs like $30 i think. crazy lah. but its super cute.
